Warner Food Co-Op

The Warner Food Coop is a not for profit group that is dedicated to cooperative buying of healthy and local products. Our goals are to keep prices affordable and to support local and organic producers. We buy mostly from United Buying Clubs and Albert's Organics, but also can order local meats from area farms such as Hopewell Farm in Newbury and Yankee Farmer's Market in Warner.

Ordering from United Natural Foods is done by each member entering their own order through their Web user interface by logging in at www.unfi.com with their personal member username and password from any computer with Internet access.
To order, you will be able to search the pricelist online or type in a known product number from a printed monthly pricelist. Ingredients information is available for most products with a simple mouse click.
You will also be able to see what shared cases of products have available extras.
Printed monthly pricelists are available for browsing at the Library in Warner, and at the Bradford Community Center (ask for Kate). or you can view a current pricelist online at the Concord Coop Buying club website . Be aware that our coop/ buying club receives certain discounts off the prices listed in the catalog.

Your account information will be provided to you by the club coordinator(s) when you join the Warner Food Coop. There is NO membership fee to join: for information, call 456-3661 and ask for Nancy.

Albert's Organics
Orders for Meat, Produce, and other products such as Applegate from Albert's Organics is done separately, but arrives on the same truck. There will be a mailed or emailed list of suggestions for splitting, but anyone can ask for a whole case of any of their products.

The deadline for our coop to order Albert's Organics' fresh meats (Chicken and Beef) is two Mondays before delivery date, so it is important to send your Albert's order on time.

Albert's Organics orders must be placed with the order coordinator by 7 PM on the Saturday, 11 days before the delivery date.
There are two ways to place an order for Albert's Organics products through the Warner Food Coop:

Co-op delivery is on WEDNESDAY, every four weeks. Sometimes this means co-op can occur twice in the same month. Delivery is at the United Church in Warner, across from the Post Office (unless posted otherwise, below). Members are expected to help out in some way either on delivery day or at another time. The schedule for the day of delivery ****WEDNESDAYS**** is as follows:
PLEASE NOTE WE WILL NOT BE able to know Truck arrival TIME until Tuesday - sometimes corrected again if the driver calls us. We will email and/or call asap after we find out. Members can find an ESTIMATED delivery time online using our coop ID number (provided in newsletters), posted the day before delivery.

Packers: (Arrive 30 mins before the truck time).		VARIES: usually the truck arrives between 8 AM -9:00 am; work approx 1 hr
Early pickup: (1 hour after truck arrival time)		VARIES: sometime between 9:00 am - 10:30 pm
Late pickup:		5:00pm - 5:30pm
